Despite being Ayrshire dwellers, we're not massive Burns scholars, but we do usually mark the day with a haggis, served with tatties and neeps. This was a traditionally prepared one, cooked in a lamb's stomach.
In 'real-life' I work for the NHS, the rest of my time largely being taken up with photography and associated topics. I enjoy trying different things with photography and would rather take a dozen crap shots than miss that one 'million dollar image'.
I'm sure it will taste better than it looks!
